I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious resort! The room was incredibly spacious and had a fantastic jacuzzi that my children adored. The housekeeping staff was extremely detail-oriented, ensuring that everything was perfect. The friendly staff went above and beyond to help with any questions or requests we had. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the in-room water dispenser and the option to stream cartoons for the kids on the TV. The location was great too, being near a bustling night market and a university.

Very friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. Excellent facilities including karaoke room, swimming pool, spa, and hot bath. Children's playroom is fantastic with breastfeeding room, playground, toys, and table games. Free baby cribs, bathtub, and sterilizer provided. In-room water dispenser and mini-bar with drinks. Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom with TV.

The hotel provides spacious and modern rooms with excellent facilities, such as a jacuzzi tub, in, room water dispenser and mini, bar. the hotel is located near the lively Fong Jia night market and a university, making it a great base for exploring. the in, house staff is friendly and accommodating, while breakfast offers a variety of options.

The check, in time is inconveniently late.

The room was very spacious and offered great facilities. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Chinese and Taiwanese dishes to choose from. The hotel's location was very convenient and easy to reach by taxi.

The check-in time was a bit late and caused some inconvenience. The instructions for using the karaoke system were not very clear. Some additional services, such as an extra bed, were quite expensive. it was a decent experience for a business trip, but some aspects could have been improved.
